The number: a typical 10-person US sales team running this stack pays about $2,393.40 a month, or $28,721 in year one. That is $239.34 per person per month before a single lead is bought.

We priced the tools most outbound teams in the US actually run: a CRM, a prospecting tool, a cold email sender, chat, email and docs, video calls, an AI assistant and a scheduler. Seats follow how teams really buy: everyone gets email, chat and the CRM, while prospecting and video seats go only to the people who need them.

Where the money goes

Salesforce Sales Cloud is the biggest line at $1,000.00 a month, 42% of the stack. CRM is almost always the top cost for a sales team, and it is also the hardest tool to cut later because every process runs through it. Pick the plan for the reports you will actually use in the next twelve months, not the ones in the demo.

LinkedIn Sales Navigator is the quiet second. At $119.99 per seat on monthly billing, six reps cost more than chat, email and video for the whole team combined. Give it to the people who prospect every day, and take it back when someone moves to account management.

Annual billing is worth real money here

If this team paid every tool month to month, the bill would be $2,436.40 a month. Committing yearly where it makes sense saves $516 a year. The catch: an annual contract locks the seat count too, so commit only for seats you are sure to keep.

Three ways to cut this bill without hurting pipeline

  1. Count seats against headcount every quarter. Reps leave, seats stay. One unused CRM seat on this stack costs more than a year of video calls.
  2. Tier seats by role. Managers who only read dashboards rarely need the same plan as reps who live in sequences.
  3. Put renewals on a calendar 60 days out. That is when you still have leverage to downgrade or negotiate. The stack calculator exports every renewal to your calendar with a reminder.
