YouPayThat is a free tool for one job: showing what a software stack really costs. Seat prices look small on a pricing page. Multiplied by a team, with minimums, onboarding fees and annual lock-ins, they turn into the second-biggest line on many startups' books.
The site is run by a small independent team that has bought, set up and audited sales and operations software for US companies for years. We are not owned by any vendor and we do not sell placement.
How we make money
Display ads, clearly labeled, and in some cases affiliate links. An affiliate link is always marked as one. Neither ever changes a price, a ranking or a verdict on this site.

Our price data is public at /data/prices.json. Quote it with a link back.
